Digital Project Coordinator for Infrastructure Development

Wir suchen Sie als Spezialist*in für digitale Infrastrukturprojekte in Deutschland um unsere Projekte deutschlandweit vor Ort zu unterstützen.
In Ihrer Funktion als Digital Project Coordinator für Infrastructure Development verantworten Sie die kaufmännische Projektabwicklung von Infrastrukturprojekten auf einem der größten Projekte Deutschlands mit dem Schwerpunkt Straße und Schiene. Ihre Aufgaben sind:
- Projektbegleitende Erstellung und Pflege einer revisionssicheren kaufmännischen Projektdokumentation für unsere Kunden in üblichen AVA-Programmen (meist IWTO)
- Prüfung der Massenberechnungen verschiedener Gewerke auf Basis von Zeichnungen oder Aufmaßen mit unseren Fachbauüberwachern
- Zuordnung von abgerechneten Leistungen mit Positionen der Leistungsverzeichnisse und das Erkennen von Abweichungen
- Erstellung der Abrechnungsnachweise für Abschlags- und Schlussrechnungen
- Erstellung von turnusmäßigen Prüfrechnungen zur Plausibilisierung
- Mitwirkung im Vertragsmanagement und Prüfung erbrachter Zusatzleistungen
Qualifikationen & Erfahrung :

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschafts-/Bauingenieurwesen oder Bautechniker*in mit starkem kaufmännischem Interesse
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der kaufmännischen Projektabwicklung (Baubranche von Vorteil)
- Kenntnisse im Bau-/Vertragsrecht (VOB) und in der Bauabrechnung
- Erfahrungen und sicherer Umgang mit AVA Programmen (vorzugsweise ITWO)
- Flexibilität, um unsere Projekte deutschlandweit vor Ort zu unterstützen
- Teamfähigkeit und eine strukturierte sowie verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
