Logistics Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team at Bizerba. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Fill and replenish production systems using a Kanban system
- Perform internal transportation and logistics tasks
- Operate and maintain equipment and vehicles, and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Work in a first-in, first-out (FIFO) environment
- Perform independent tasks as required, in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Operate relevant IT systems and data collection devices in the logistics department
- Assist with annual inventory counts
Requirements
- A qualification in logistics or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in a logistics or supply chain role
- Good computer skills, with experience with SAP a plus
- Excellent German language skills
- A valid forklift operator's license
