About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Order-to-Cash System Architect to join our team at eHealth-Tec GmbH. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in SAP SD and MM modules to lead the development of complex business processes in the Order to Cash area.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze technical requirements in Order to Cash and various projects, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate closely with business units to customize the CRM/SD/MM landscape, driving strategic alignment and process improvements.
  • Lead the preparation for S4/HANA transformation, leveraging your technical expertise to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Coordinate development requirements with internal and external SAP developers, fostering strong relationships and delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Ensure the quality of assigned developments, conducting thorough testing and validation to meet business needs.
  • Maintain a smooth workflow with adjacent interfaces, optimizing data exchange and minimizing disruptions.
  • Develop technical solutions aligned with architecture specifications, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Serve as a counterpart for O2C PO in the S/W development and release process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Cultivate strong on-ones with developers, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain development guidelines and ensure compliance, promoting best practices and consistency.
  • Plan and manage development resources for all projects, allocating tasks and responsibilities effectively.
  • Evaluate the availability of external partners, assessing their capabilities and aligning them with project objectives.
  • Drive application development towards the target model, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological advancements.
  • Continuously improve ways of technically working and the release process, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Coach employees, fostering personal and professional development through training and feedback.
  • Promote career growth by mentoring colleagues and creating opportunities for advancement.
  • Manage escalations for major outages, applying problem-solving skills to resolve critical issues promptly.
  • Troubleshoot and manage major application or system disruptions, minimizing downtime and maximizing business continuity.
  • Oversee cutover management for large integration projects during go-live, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Foster and enhance Brownbag sessions, sharing knowledge and expertise to promote cross-functional understanding.
  • Contribute to the IT roadmap from an IT perspective, advising on strategic initiatives and technological investments.
  • Support the S/4HANA transformation of the ERP, driving business value and process improvements.
  • Occasionally manage small projects, leveraging your leadership skills to drive results and deliverables.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience leading small to medium-sized teams, fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • Hold a degree in (business) informatics or a comparable education, accompanied by several years of professional experience in leading the implementation of complex business processes in the Order to Cash area of SAP.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP modules SD/MM and underlying technology, with a solid understanding of ABAP OO, ABAP Workbench, Eclipse, transport system, solution manager, and performance optimization.
  • Holistic overview to identify cross-functional impacts of planned IT activities at an early stage, driving informed decision-making and strategic alignment.
  • Experience engaging and convincing different business units, demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in S/4HANA, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and applications.
  • Excellent analytical thinking skills, combined with strong customer and process orientation, ensuring a deep understanding of business needs and operational excellence.
  • Fluent communication skills in German and English, with Dutch being an advantage.

The estimated salary for this position is €90,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
