IT Business Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Consultant to join our team at TOI TOI & DIXI Group GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our IT department and business stakeholders in eastern Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Demand Shaping: You will be responsible for surfacing, stimulating, and shaping business demand, managing a portfolio of projects, and partnering with key stakeholders to assist them from the scoping phase to implementation.
- Servicing: You will coordinate resources and activities from internal and external IT service providers, aligning them to business priorities and needs, and acting as a single point of contact for escalations or major incidents.
- Customer Success: You will aim to maximize business value and minimize value leakage by measuring the performance of service providers and demonstrating the value of internal service providers.
- Innovation & Exploring: You will stay close to both business and technology, track and sense business trends, and follow up on technology & product evolutions to identify opportunities to increase business value.
- You hold a bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
- You have 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Business Partner or similar role.
- You have functional knowledge of key business processes such as IT, HR, Finance, etc.
- You engage your public with open, dynamic communication and presentation skills.
- You are highly client-focused and able to build relationships with key stakeholders on all levels of the organization.
- You have a result-driven mindset and can work independently.
- You are fluent in English, and other languages such as Czech, Slovak, or else are more than welcome.
