Your Role:

  • Assist customers in transforming their garden visions into reality, providing comprehensive support from initial consultation to final implementation.
  • Engage with clients to craft personalized plans that cater to their unique gardening needs.
  • Employ advanced presentation and planning tools to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service by guiding customers through the entire sales process, ensuring they have all necessary resources.
  • Utilize tailored sales tools to shape and fulfill individual customer requests.
  • Maintain ongoing support for clients until their garden projects are completed, recommending skilled craftsmen as needed.

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training in a relevant discipline such as landscaping, horticulture, carpentry, or agriculture.
  • A genuine passion for innovative garden designs and creativity in executing customer dreams.
  • Strong focus on customer service, proven sales ability, and a high degree of accountability.
  • Proficiency in modern presentation and planning software, alongside familiarity with standard Microsoft Office applications.
