Job Overview
The Territory Sales Manager - West/Central Germany will be responsible for managing and expanding the sales presence within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed territory sales goals and quotas
- Manage and expand the sales presence within the assigned region
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with distributors and key accounts to drive sales and increase market penetration
- Utilize sales tools such as Salesforce and Power BI to track sales performance and monitor key accounts
Requirements
- Several years of successful sales experience within the foodservice industry
- Experience with selling heavy equipment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or similar qualification
- Excellent language skills in German and fluency in English
- Ability to think strategically, execute sales tactics, and analyze markets
- Valid Passport and driver's license
