Job Overview

The Territory Sales Manager - West/Central Germany will be responsible for managing and expanding the sales presence within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed territory sales goals and quotas
  • Manage and expand the sales presence within the assigned region
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Collaborate with distributors and key accounts to drive sales and increase market penetration
  • Utilize sales tools such as Salesforce and Power BI to track sales performance and monitor key accounts

Requirements

  • Several years of successful sales experience within the foodservice industry
  • Experience with selling heavy equipment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or similar qualification
  • Excellent language skills in German and fluency in English
  • Ability to think strategically, execute sales tactics, and analyze markets
  • Valid Passport and driver's license
