The Service Quality Specialist position is a supportive role focused on handling product or project-related escalations from various teams. This opportunity is perfect for a motivated individual passionate about product quality and customer satisfaction.

You'll Do:

  • Work closely with quality and engineering colleagues to collect and track major issues.
  • Push for progress and solutions on service quality topics.
  • Support quality-related data analysis and other quality improvement initiatives
Your Profile

What You Need to Bring

  • Strong interest in product quality assurance
  • Structured critical thinking and problem-solving skills, using data to help measure progress and impact
  • Flexible and proactive, able to work independently
  • Effective communication and strong organization skill
  • Open to and respectful of cultural differences
  • English and Chinese C1, German a plus
