Mobile Application Developer for Sustainable Fashion

Leasing for Good, a pioneering company in the circular fashion industry, is seeking a skilled Mobile Application Developer to join our team. We offer a subscription service that makes sustainability the more convenient option for end consumers, and we build software for business partners to enable them to have a share of the leasing market.
We believe that sustainable action needs to be quantifiable in order to be effective. This is why we are constantly working on new methods to measure and reduce our ecological footprint across all business areas. In this way, we combine economic interests with sustainable action.
Our MissionWe are a startup dedicated to changing the fashion industry one lease at a time. We want to grow our business quickly and in a healthy way, and we are investor-backed.
Key Facts- Part- or full-time position (we're open to discussing what works best for you and us)
- Location: Hamburg or remote within Germany
As a Mobile Application Developer, your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing high-quality, test-driven software and mobile applications
- Defining the strategic direction of our future tech roadmap
- Collaborating closely with our UX/UI team to improve user experience
- Providing professional leadership and management to junior developers
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of shipping large projects
- Extensive experience in app and web development, with a strong background in coding languages such as Dart, Typescript, C#, Swift, and Objective C
- Experience working in the AWS ecosystem
- A deep understanding of human-centric digital product development, with the ability to work in sync with Frontend and UX teams
- Strong knowledge of web and data security, with the ability to identify and address potential weak spots
- A driven and proactive approach, with a focus on finding solutions rather than problems
- A strong interest in the impact economy and sustainability
- Fluency in English
- Experience working in a startup environment is a plus
