Infection Preventionist

Our clinic is an academic teaching hospital affiliated with the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.

We are seeking a highly skilled Hygiene Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing all measures to prevent infections, providing guidance and support to staff in implementing hygiene protocols, conducting hygiene inspections throughout the facility, developing hygiene standards, and training staff.

• Develop and implement infection prevention strategies
• Provide expert advice and support to staff on hygiene practices
• Conduct regular hygiene audits and develop standards
• Collaborate with an external hospital hygienist

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in healthcare and be a state-recognized Hygiene Specialist or equivalent. Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a high sense of responsibility and quality awareness, are essential for this role.
