Job Summary
  • We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our kitchen team at a&o Hostels Holding GmbH & Co. KG.

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving breakfast buffet items, maintaining quality and HACCP standards in the kitchen and bar, and performing pantry and stocktaking tasks.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the gastronomy or hospitality industry, although this is not a requirement. A strong willingness to commit to quality and customer satisfaction is essential. Excellent German and English language skills are required, and knowledge of other languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve breakfast buffet items
  • Maintain quality and HACCP standards in the kitchen and bar
  • Perform pantry and stocktaking tasks
  • Draw up the menu for dinner buffet
  • Supervise scheduling for kitchen and bar crew

  • Previous experience in gastronomy or hospitality (desirable)
  • Excellent German and English language skills
