Job Description
Global Sustainability Practitioner for Pharmaceutical Production Sites
Your Responsibilities and Learning Areas
- Gain insights into the pharmaceutical industry
- Get familiar with various levels of the company (leadership, project management, production) and diverse production sites (solid dosage forms, packaging, and quality)
- Support a global strategic program for planning and implementing sustainable development, production, release, and marketing of prescription pharmaceuticals as a basis for improving the ecological balance and continuous supply of medicines to the population
- Contribute to exciting future-oriented projects to promote sustainability at Bayer Pharmaceuticals sites worldwide
- Participate in general planning, organization, creation of presentations, and project documentation, and implementation of team tasks
- Contribute to ensuring and maintaining pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and GMP guidelines in accordance with recognized pharmaceutical rules and quality standards
What You Bring
- Ongoing studies in the field of natural sciences, business administration, or a related field
- Interest in working in an interdisciplinary, internationally staffed team
- Proficient use of common MS Office applications
- High level of reliability, team spirit, self-initiative, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and intercultural competence
- Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
