About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP ABAP Developer to join our team at SAP Fioneer. As a Senior SAP Developer, you will work together with us to build, improve and enhance our software by solving core module challenges and developing innovative new features.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with our FSI customers to understand the business needs and align project scope
  • Translate the business requirements into software that brings the most value to the customer
  • Leverage your expertise to ensure the software is developed in accordance with industry standards and best practices in performance, reliability, and security
  • Support customers in software adoption while providing an excellent service
  • Program in ABAP and perform software testing while striving to develop the best solution possible for our customers

Requirements

  • A University degree in Computer Science, Natural Science or relevant areas of studies
  • 2-5 years of professional experience as Software Developer
  • Advanced ABAP programming skills
  • Knowledge of SAP FS modules, ideally with a specialization in Banking, is a plus
  • Customer orientation and a strong focus on quality
  • The adaptability to succeed in agile, cross-functional teams, with good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • An enthusiasm to learn, and willingness to adapt to change and always look for ways to fully leverage your abilities no matter the task at hand
  • Business fluent English
