Export Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Export Control Specialist to join our team at apm Personal-Leasing GmbH, a leading provider of personal leasing services. As an Export Control Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with export regulations and laws, as well as coordinating with internal teams to facilitate international trade.
Key Responsibilities- Export Control Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely completion of export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on changes to export regulations and laws, and provide training to internal teams as needed.
- International Trade Coordination: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of international trade transactions.
- Genehmigungen and Permits: Obtain necessary permits and licenses from relevant authorities, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to identify and mitigate potential trade risks, and provide guidance on export control procedures.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as international trade, business, or law. Alternatively, 3 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of export control regulations.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong knowledge of export regulations and laws, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in SAP and GTS systems.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
