Caregiving Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiving Assistant to join our team at Sozialservice-Gesellschaft des Bayerischen Roten Kreuzes GmbH. As a Caregiving Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our customers by providing personalized and engaging care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer daily personal care tasks, ensuring the comfort and dignity of our customers
• Assist with household chores related to caregiving, maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Encourage customers to participate in activities and therapy sessions, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
• Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans, addressing the unique needs of each customer

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in caregiving or completion of a relevant course is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently and methodically, with a strong attention to detail
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
