Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Service Desk Specialist to join our team at WIRmachenDRUCK. As a Service Desk Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers and employees, providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers and employees via phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Resolve technical issues and problems in a timely and professional manner
  • Install and administer clients and software, and provide technical support to employees
  • Document and inventory technical equipment and software
  • Purge and maintain the software inventory

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
