Your Role in AI-Driven Manufacturing

We're seeking a skilled Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team at Deltia GmbH. As a key member of our AI-driven manufacturing initiative, you'll play a pivotal role in defining training concepts and conducting workshops to empower our customers to leverage AI for process improvement.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing data and video streams generated by our AI system to identify areas for enhancement, extracting actionable insights, and developing targeted improvement measures for our customers' assembly lines.

You'll collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and sales teams, to ensure the quality and effectiveness of our solutions.

Additionally, you'll develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, providing expert guidance on lean manufacturing best practices and presenting improvement measures to ensure seamless implementation.

As a trusted advisor, you'll continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvement measures, making adjustments as needed to ensure long-term success.

Your Profile
  • You hold a degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • You have 3+ years of experience in lean manufacturing or process improvement roles.
  • You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and patterns in complex data sets.
  • You have a proven track record of implementing successful lean manufacturing initiatives.
  • You demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • You have superb communication skills in both German and English, interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
