Wir suchen einen kreativen und innovativen Video Content Creator, der unsere visuellen Inhalte gestaltet und weiterentwickelt. Als Teil unseres dynamischen Teams wirst du mit Leidenschaft und Expertise unsere digitalen Kanäle (Website, Social Media, YouTube, etc.) mit spannenden und zielgruppengerechten Videos bereichern.

Aufgaben
  • Konzeption, Planung und Produktion von Videoinhalten für unsere digitalen Kanäle
  • Kreative Gestaltung und Entwicklung von Storyboards sowie die Umsetzung in visuelle Erlebnisse
  • Eigenverantwortliches Filmen, Schneiden und Bearbeiten von Video- und Audioaufnahmen
  • Integration von Grafiken, Animationen und Effekten zur Visualisierung von Inhalten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing-Team zur Abstimmung der Inhalte auf unsere Unternehmensstrategie
  • Analyse und Optimierung der Performance von Videoinhalten durch gezieltes A/B-Testing und regelmäßiges Monitoring
Qualifikationen
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Videoinhalten (inkl. Postproduktion, Schnitt und Vertonung)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Videobearbeitungssoftware wie Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro oder vergleichbaren Programmen
  • Ein kreatives Auge für Details, Bildkomposition, Beleuchtung und visuelle Ästhetik
  • Verständnis für aktuelle Social-Media-Trends und Erfahrung mit der Erstellung von Videos für verschiedene Plattformen (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
