Als Team Lead Data Science und Data Engineering bist Du verantwortlich für die strategische und operative Leitung unseres Data-Teams. Du steuerst spannende und innovative Datenprojekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden und stellst sicher, dass technologische Lösungen zielgerichtet und effizient umgesetzt werden. In dieser Rolle bist Du nicht nur der fachliche Ansprechpartner, sondern auch die treibende Kraft bei der Gestaltung der Datenarchitektur, der Auswahl der richtigen Tools und der Planung komplexer Datenstrategien.

Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Führung und Entwicklung eines Teams von Data Scientists und Data Engineers
  • Projektleitung großer Datenprojekte und Steuerung der gesamten Projektumsetzung – von der Konzeption bis zur Implementierung
  • Verantwortung für Datenarchitekturen und technologische Entscheidungen (z.B. Tool-Auswahl, Infrastruktur)
  • Kundenmanagement: Du agierst als zentraler Ansprechpartner für anspruchsvolle Kunden und sorgst für eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit
  • Sicherstellen der erfolgreichen Implementierung von Machine-Learning-Modellen und Datenplattformen in der Cloud (insbesondere Google Cloud)
  • Sicheres Standing und Problemmanagement in komplexen Projektumfeldern
  • Koordination von Cross-Functional Teams und Abstimmung mit anderen Fachabteilungen
Dein Profil

Wir suchen nach jemandem, der:

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Führungserfahrung in der disziplinarischen Leitung oder Projektleitung eines Data-Teams hat
  • Fundierte technische Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Datenlösungen, idealerweise in der Google Cloud besitzt
  • Data-Architekt-Expertise: Du triffst die richtigen Entscheidungen in Bezug auf Technologien, Tools und Vorgehensweisen
  • Projektleitungserfahrung in der Umsetzung und Steuerung großer, komplexer Data-Projekte hat
  • Erfahrung im Kundenmanagement und souveränes Auftreten in anspruchsvollen Projektumfeldern besitzt
  • Vorteilhaft: Relevante Branchenerfahrung im Bereich Medien und Publishing hat
