Aufgaben
  • Planung, Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung der IT-Infrastruktur mit Schwerpunkt auf der Administration von Microsoft 365, Azure und Client-Systemen.
  • Fortlaufende Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur, um diese auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik zu halten.
  • Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung von IT-Prozessen und die Einführung eines ITSM-Tools.
  • Kompetente, serviceorientierte Beratung und Unterstützung des Teams, einschließlich 2nd Level Support.

Kenntnisse
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Fachinformatik für Systemintegration und bereits Berufserfahrung im Inhouse IT-Betrieb.
  • Erste Erfahrungen als Projektleiter/in, Prozess- oder Servicemanager/in (m/w/d).
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Administration von Microsoft 365, Azure und Client-Systemen.
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Scripting, Server-, Backup- und Konfigurationsmanagement.
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich Netzwerk und IT-Security sind wünschenswert.
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Empathie und Serviceorientierung sowie eine eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens B2 Level) und technische Englischkenntnisse.
