Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Geoinformation Systems Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our geospatial data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop geospatial data models and algorithms to support our weather forecasting services
  • Develop and maintain our geoinformation software systems, including data processing and visualization tools
  • Collaborate with our development team to integrate geospatial data into our weather forecasting models
  • Work with our data scientists to develop and implement machine learning algorithms for geospatial data analysis
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Geoinformatik, Informatik, or a related field
  • Proficiency in C++ programming language
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of geographic relationships
  • Experience with geoinformation software and databases a plus
