Job Title: Software Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Support Specialist to join our team at bilettix GmbH. As a Software Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting software issues, and ensuring that our software applications are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot software issues and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve software issues
  • Document and maintain knowledge base articles and FAQs
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with new technologies and software
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in software support or technical support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle and testing methodologies
