IT Consultant for Identity & Access Management

KION Information Management Services GmbH is seeking a dedicated professional to enhance our Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities. This role is crucial for ensuring secure and efficient access to our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate within the IAM team to manage SaaS solutions for Identity Governance, User Lifecycle Management, and more.
  • Assist in role modeling and maintenance tasks.
  • Implement access models in KION and cloud environments to ensure security compliance.
  • Define and uphold policies related to Identity and Access Management.
  • Handle incident management and resolve issues effectively.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at continuous service improvement.
  • Implement Identity Intelligence features for monitoring access levels.
Required Qualifications:
  • A degree in IT or a related discipline, or equivalent IT certifications.
  • Experience with IAM systems such as One Identity, CyberArk, etc.
  • Strong grasp of security principles within complex organizational structures.
  • Hands-on experience with IAM platforms and technologies.
  • Solid understanding of authentication methods and IAM technologies.
  • A structured, customer-oriented approach to work.
  • Proficient communication skills in both German and English.
