About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team at European Tech Recruit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cost-effective system solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct requirements analysis, capture, and decomposition for software projects, ensuring compliance with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide technical leadership and oversight in analyzing and designing system solutions, adhering to agreed timelines, budgets, and high engineering standards.
  • Develop, analyze, and document solutions aligned with customer, business, and solution requirements, following systems engineering methodologies.
  • Engage in integration and testing activities, preparing detailed Systems Engineering estimates and technical specifications for proposals and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with management and engineering teams to ensure project objectives are achieved, reporting on Systems Engineering performance relative to specifications, budget, timelines, and quality requirements.
Requirements
  • A university degree in a numerate field (e.g., computer science, engineering) or comparable education/experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in requirements analysis, software architecture, system decomposition, definition, design, control, interface specification, and systems engineering methodologies.
  • Proven ability to provide technical expertise in software projects, managing stakeholders and customers, and knowledge of software development best practices.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills, with a focus on producing high-quality outputs, and proficiency in both German and English.
