Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team at Freudenberg. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
• Assemble components accurately and thoroughly to approved specifications and rates.
• Load semi-automated machines safely and cautiously according to process instructions.
• Inspect parts according to quality specifications.

Additional Responsibilities

• Analyze inspection data as required to identify areas for improvement.
• Communicate effectively with other stations on the assembly line to ensure maximum speed and accuracy.
• Follow Health, Safety, Environmental, and Lean standards to ensure a safe and sustainable work environment.

Qualifications

• Reports to: Shift Supervisor
• Interactions: All functional areas of Production
• Work Experience and Education: High school or equivalent level of education and experience working in a fast-moving consumer goods manufacturing environment.
• Specific Knowledge: Excellent team player with basic math skills and good use of logic, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work quickly and accurately.
