About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Service Sales Manager to join our team at Lapp Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our digital service sales globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a global sales strategy for digital services, focusing on eKanban and digital product sales in a competitive B2B market.
  • Establish and maintain direct communication with customers through various channels, including online presentations and offline demonstrations.
  • Ensure high service quality by continuously supervising service processes and providing support to customers facing questions or issues with promoted digital services/products.
  • Play an active role in project management, ensuring customer requirements are funneled back into the development pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the innovation department to identify new business opportunities based on real-world customer problems and insights.
  • Develop a global implementation strategy for sales of digital services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably digital services and digital products in a B2B context.
  • Previous experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic and innovative work environment.
  • Thorough experience with agile working methods and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and intercultural skills.
  • Fluency in English and German (additional languages are a plus).
  • Highly self-organized working style with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
  • Enthusiasm to proactively co-create and execute ambitious projects.
  • SAP knowledge is beneficial.
