We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Germany, focusing on the DACH, Netherlands and CIS regions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Consultative Sales professional with a background in developing relationships with Consumer Goods Enterprises or Government Agencies to join this growing team and be part of a very successful international company.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Director to expand the market share throughout the DACH, Netherlands and CIS regions, developing business through regular meetings with clients and facilitating round table debates and conferences between organisations and senior business executives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Business Development with a strong Consultative sales approach, experience of selling at a senior level and mapping business requirements across an organisation, and a business related degree and an interest in economics.

The role offers a competitive salary package and commission scheme, as well as a Hybrid working model based from the Frankfurt office.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, who is fluent in German and English and has the ability to travel up to 30%.
