About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Assistant at Peek & Cloppenburg. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the warehouse team in maintaining a clean and organized storage area, including receiving, storing, and shipping merchandise.
  • Assist in processing returns, exchanges, and refunds, as well as handling customer inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory levels, including receiving and processing shipments.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and reporting, to support the logistics team.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external customers.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a logistics or warehouse environment is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
  • Fluency in German is required; English language skills are an asset.
