SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is €12,000 - €15,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionAs a key member of our team, you will contribute to the growth and expansion of our business across Germany and beyond. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with our experienced founder team to build and launch new initiatives
- Supporting the development of our marketing strategy, including social media and brand management
- Assisting in business and product development, sales, and go-to-market strategies
- Helping to scale our production capabilities and design, build, and manage our tech muscle
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong academic background, preferably in a related field such as nutrition, public health, or business
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for entrepreneurship, innovation, and continuous learning
- Fluency in German, both spoken and written, with strong English language skills
- Experience working in startups or similar environments, with a willingness to take calculated risks and adapt to changing circumstances
