Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities- Identify and deliver cost reduction projects using a proven system
- Collaborate with cost category specialists to ensure successful project completion
- Develop insightful recommendations based on provided analysis
- Prospect for clients using ERA's specific programs and systems
- Build long-term client relationships and manage clients throughout the cost reduction process
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience
- Background in sales, consulting, business development, finance, analytics, or similar
- Comfortable communicating with senior-level executives
- Problem-solving skills, good communication and negotiation skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Interest in cost reduction and analytical mind
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time
