Ihre Aufgaben
  • Bewilligungsmanagement im Warenursprungs- & Präferenzrecht, Erstellung von Arbeits- und Organisationsanweisungen sowie Prozeduren zur prozessualen Umsetzung
  • Gesetzeskonforme Bestimmung des präferenziellen Warenursprungs der Schaeffler Gruppe in Europa im Rahmen von bestehenden und künftigen Freihandelsabkommen
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden und weiteren Stakeholdern sowie die Betreuung ihrer Anliegen/ Anforderungen
  • Fachberatung für alle legale Einheiten der Schaeffler-Gruppe im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Mitwirkung bei der Definition und Überwachung einer geeigneten Strategie zur prozessoptimierten und Compliance-sicheren Abwicklung von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Schulungen im Aufgabenbereich
  • Fachliche Betreuung und Unterstützung von internen und externen Prüfungen
Ihr Profil
  • Ausbildung in der Finanzverwaltung (Diplom-Finanzwirt/-in Zoll), eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit einer Weiterbildung im Bereich Zoll und Außenhandel oder ein rechts-/ oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium
  • Mind. 5 Jahre fachspezifische Berufserfahrung im Zoll- und Außenhandelsumfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse hinsichtlich der Unternehmensabläufe eines international agierenden Unternehmens, die im Zusammenhang mit dem Thema Warenursprung & Präferenzen stehen
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement – idealerweise auch in den Bereichen Zoll und Außenhandel
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift obligatorisch, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
  • Eigenverantwortung und Selbstorganisation
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit sowie lösungsorientiert Arbeitsweise
