Are you passionate about creating a positive and engaging work environment? Do you have a strong passion for employer branding and a genuine interest in talent acquisition? We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Working Student (m/f/d) in Branding & Campaign Management.

About the Role:

As a Working Student (m/f/d) in Branding & Campaign Management, you will assist in shaping our branding strategies and enhancing our company's reputation on the market. Your tasks will include:

  • Supporting the marketing manager in campaign planning, implementation, and analysis
  • Assisting in reporting on campaign performance and weekly activities
  • Conducting frequent competitor comparisons
  • Coordinating with external cooperation partners and METRO internal stakeholders
  • Providing support with ad hoc tasks

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a student with a strong passion for employer branding and a genuine interest in talent acquisition. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content. A creative mindset and ability to think outside the box are also essential. Additionally, you should be proactive and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail, and be able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
