We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated FirstSpirit Java Developer to join our team and work on innovative projects within the Software Development Industry.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with customers to understand their project needs and implement tailored FirstSpirit solutions.
  • Develop editor forms, output logic, custom FirstSpirit plugins, and provide expert technical support when needed.
  • Lead technical training for developers and partners, including onboarding new cloud customers.
  • Actively communicate project ideas and address challenges, contributing to team meetings and solution discussions.
  • Efficiently manage and prioritize tasks, accurately estimate project efforts, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Serve as a developer and consultant, providing valuable insights and feedback to the product team to enhance customer experiences.
Your skills
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Familiarity with CMS Systems and their concepts (FirstSpirit preferred)
  • Proficiency in Java
  • General knowledge about frontend technologies
  • Curiosity and motivation to learn, and openness to others' ideas and feedback
