Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Network Manager (m/w/d) to join our Asset-Service team in Koblenz. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the technical management of our electrical networks, ensuring reliable and efficient service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fully manage a team of employees in the technical execution of network projects, in close collaboration with the team leader.
  • Ensure the compliant operation and expansion of our electrical networks in all areas.
  • Have a comprehensive overview of work processes in the areas of low-voltage, medium-voltage, transformer stations, broadband cables, fiber-optic cables, and gas and water networks of all pressure levels and dimensions.
  • Develop individual network connection concepts, process customer inquiries, and create cost offers in all areas.
  • Engage in negotiations with external parties and customer care.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, technical regulations, and company guidelines for occupational and environmental protection.
  • Coordinate fault rectification measures, instruct service providers on the execution of services during construction, operation, and maintenance of supply and disposal networks, and process invoices and accounts for construction and maintenance work.
  • Participate in the creation of investment and maintenance plans, coordinate with municipalities, building authorities, internal and external network operators, and property owners.
  • Participate in the standby duty.

Requirements

  • Completed electrical or supply technology training with relevant additional qualifications (e.g., master craftsman, technician) or completed (further) education in a relevant field.
  • Several years of professional and leadership experience in the fields of construction, installation, operation, and maintenance of supply technology systems and networks.
  • Good IT skills (e.g., SAP, GIS/GS, MS-Office).
  • High sense of responsibility, independence, organizational skills, and team and communication skills.
  • High stress tolerance and flexibility.
  • Valid driving license class B.
