Process and Project Manager Procurement

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Process and Project Manager Procurement to join our team at HORNBACH. As a key member of our procurement organization, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements, as well as driving the development of our international procurement organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to drive process changes and improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance procurement skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in procurement, process design, and/or change management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with process mapping and analysis tools, such as Signavio and Miro.
- Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
