About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our M&A Advisory team at Mazars GmbH & Co. KG. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in various corporate finance and M&A transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, information memoranda, teasers, long lists, and process briefs
  • Conduct investor presentations and coordinate due diligence examinations
  • Host virtual data rooms and support management presentations
  • Develop market and competitive analyses, and support the creation of integrated financial and business plans
  • Analyze and value companies
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, economics, mathematics, natural sciences, or technology)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, or a related field
  • Excellent analytical skills, high numerical affinity, and strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • High level of motivation, initiative, and attention to detail
  • Excellent German and English language skills, and proficiency in MS Office
