Salary

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of €60,000 per year, plus additional benefits and bonuses based on performance.

Job Description

  • We are looking for a skilled Accounting Expert to support our financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • You will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable, as well as preparing monthly and yearly financial statements in accordance with German accounting rules (HGB).
  • As an Accounting Expert, you will work closely with internal departments and external customers to resolve payment issues, negotiate credit terms, and improve cash flow management.
  • You will also have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and system enhancements in the areas of accounts receivable and payable.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting, preferably with knowledge of HGB or IFRS.
  • Fluency in German and excellent English language skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as Business Central, and ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • An independent, structured, and detail-oriented working style, with a natural ability to overcome challenges creatively.
