We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Operator (m/f/d) to join our team at Actief Personalmanagement GmbH. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our chemical production plants.

• Monitor and control chemical production processes to ensure optimal output and quality.
• Execute all production tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Ensure seamless shift handovers in the production area, maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Operate equipment according to established work instructions and safety protocols.
• Implement and adhere to all relevant EHS, HPS, and precious metal safety regulations.

• Completed training in the chemical field or several years of experience in the chemical industry.
• Willingness to work full-time shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Forklift and/or crane license is a plus.
• Excellent German language skills.
• Strong team player with resilience and a reliable work ethic.
