Productivity Manager Supply Chain

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Productivity Manager to join our team at KLK EMMERICH GmbH. As a Productivity Manager, you will play a key role in driving process improvements and increasing productivity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement plans for continuous improvement
  • Conduct in-depth analysis, including data collection, analysis, and synthesis, to provide key insights for improvement
  • Project manage to make processes and procedures more efficient
  • Improve productivity by implementing best practices
  • Apply lean and RCI methods
  • Lead and support teams in the implementation of RCI projects
  • Train employees in RCI methods and tools
  • Create and track KPIs to measure effectiveness and success
  • Report results and interim results to management
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with standards
Requirements
  • Completed studies in Supply Chain (Master degree)
  • Several years of experience in a similar function in the production or process area of a company in the chemical industry, preferably in the field of oleochemistry
  • Knowledge of technical processes in production
  • Project management basics
  • Interest in lean management and process optimization
  • Independent and structured working style
  • Strong communication skills, moderation skills, and enjoyment of implementation-oriented project work
  • Good MS Office user skills as well as good German and English skills
  • Constant search for improvement and efficiency opportunities and tireless willingness to continuously improve
  • Strong problem-solving skills, good communication skills, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong team player, reliable, solution-oriented, and well-structured way of working with a hands-on mentality
  • Ability to act as a driving force for change across all areas of the business
