Aufgaben
  • Überwachung und Verbesserung der täglichen Betriebsabläufe, um Effizienz und Produktivität zu steigern.
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Strategien zur Optimierung der Lieferkette und der Bestandsverwaltung.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle operativen Ziele erreicht werden.
  • Führung und Motivation des Teams, um eine hohe Leistung und Engagement zu gewährleisten.
  • Analyse von Geschäftsdaten zur Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotenzialen und zur Umsetzung entsprechender Maßnahmen.
Qualifikationen
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von Betriebsabläufen, idealerweise im Einzelhandel oder in der Modebranche
  • Starke Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um ein wachsendes Team effektiv zu leiten
  • Fähigkeit, kreative Lösungen für komplexe Herausforderungen zu entwickeln und umzusetzen
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und die Fähigkeit, Entscheidungen selbstständig zu treffen
  • Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise, um in einem dynamischen Umfeld erfolgreich zu sein
  • Englisch in Wort und Schrift erforderlich
