Employer Branding Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Employer Branding/HR Marketing Specialist to join our team at dormakaba. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing initiatives to increase our employer brand awareness and attract top talent to the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement global employer branding strategies to enhance our employer brand image across various channels.
- Create engaging content, including employer brand stories, videos, and multimedia, to showcase our company culture.
- Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to create compelling promotional materials.
- Utilize digital platforms and social media to amplify our presence and engage with potential candidates.
- Build relationships with external partners, such as universities and industry associations, to strengthen our employer brand.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with HR goals and objectives.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor practices, and candidate expectations and to optimize recruitment marketing efforts.
- Min. 3 years of professional experience and expertise in the field of human resources and/or communication.
- Experience working in an international environment.
- Fluent in German and English with strong negotiation skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle confidential information securely.
- Confident demeanor and effective communication with executives, employees, and employee representatives.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a responsible and meticulous work approach. Team player.
