We are looking for a skilled Banking Professional to join our team at Sparda-Banken. As a Customer Advisory expert, you will be responsible for providing personalized service to our clients, conducting in-depth consultations on banking products, and developing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for your assigned client group, building strong relationships and trust.
• Conduct comprehensive consultations on banking products, including Girokonto, Online-Banking, Bausparen, Versicherungen, Vorsorge, Geldanlage, and Privatkredit.
• Identify client needs and develop customized solutions, often collaborating with internal specialists and partners as needed.
• Utilize your empathetic approach to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain a positive, supportive work environment.

Your Qualifications
