Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Softwareentwickler, der sich in der agilen Softwareentwicklung auf .NET C# auskennt und Erfahrungen in der Zusammenarbeit mit Scrum-Teams im internationalen Umfeld hat.

Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung einer anspruchsvollen und innovativen Softwarelösung von hoher Qualität
  • Implementierung von Clean Code, Pair-Programming und Code Reviews
  • Mentor-Rolle im Team, Coaching von Teamkollegen und Förderung ihrer fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
  • Beteiligung an Konzept- und Architekturvorschlägen
  • Klärung von Anforderungen mit dem Product Owner und Entwicklung von Konzepten und Lösungen im Team

Profil

  • Höhere Aus- oder Weiterbildung in der Fachrichtung Informatik
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der modernen Softwareentwicklung auf der .NET C# Plattform, idealerweise in einem agilen Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Software-Qualität, -Architektur und -Design
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit mehreren Scrum-Teams im internationalen Umfeld
  • Ausgeprägtes Prozess- und Planungsbewusstsein, Übernahme von Verantwortung und Einbringen von Erfahrung in ein motiviertes Team
