Position Overview:

As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless availability of materials essential for our operations. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at optimizing our purchasing processes and maintaining effective supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee the consistent availability of assigned products
  • Assess and determine the requirements for procured components
  • Initiate purchase orders and manage call-offs
  • Monitor timelines and oversee quantity management
  • Review and authorize incoming invoices
  • Collaborate with strategic sourcing, vendors, subcontractors, and logistics providers
  • Organize and supervise production activities within the logistics assembly area
  • Maintain and enhance material master data within SAP systems
  • Develop and modify reports, documentation, and presentations
  • Engage in projects specific to the department

Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk or equivalent
  • Proficient in standard software applications (MS-Office, SAP)
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and a diligent work ethic
  • Proficient in English
  • Capability to work autonomously and assume responsibility
  • Previous experience in procurement is advantageous
