Process Automation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Process Automation Engineer to join our team in Darmstadt, Hannover, or Berlin. As a key member of our development-focused team, you will play a crucial role in further automating, streamlining, and improving our processes in the CX departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify automation or improvement potential in our CX processes and design complex technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to optimize interfaces towards our CX departments.
  • Maintain and extend our current automation products, primarily written in Python.
  • Contribute to the improvement of our automation platform through code reviews, best practices, and continuous refinement.
  • Continuously improve your technical expertise to react flexibly to the increasing challenges in a growing environment.
Requirements
  • Computer science or engineering degree or equivalent IT experience.
  • Previous experience with web development frameworks (Flask, Django, Angular, etc.) or related fields.
  • Good knowledge of Python, with additional experience with JavaScript a plus.
  • Experience with Python web frameworks and Linux/Unix operating systems.
  • Proficient in version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Desire to learn and continuously improve skills and knowledge.
