About the Role

We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our innovative and international Data & Insights team at Oetker Digital GmbH. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in providing valuable insights and clear recommendations to support our data-driven decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Uncover trends and insights from complex marketing data sets to drive key business decisions
  • Collaborate with a forward-thinking team that embraces the latest technologies and methodologies
  • Partner closely with team members and external business stakeholders to understand their data needs and objectives
  • Act as a consultant, using probing questions to gain deep insights into the business domain and processes
  • Communicate insights in a compelling and accessible manner to support data-driven decision-making

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or data consulting, preferably within a business context, preferably in Consulting
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science)
  • Proficient in SQL and/or Python for data analysis and modeling
  • Experiences with Marketing Data and Analytics, as well as Retail Media and Customer Analytics would be a big plus
  • Familiarity with Cloud platforms for data storage and processing, having worked with BigQuery is a plus
  • Strong abilities in generating reports using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
  • A passion for learning, hands-on work, taking ownership, and making an impact
  • Fluent in German and English
