Job Description

We are looking for a Manager Leadership Development &Academy Europe to join our team in Munich. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building up the academy service model for Europe to deliver business and soft skill trainings in close collaboration with our local trainer departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop leadership evaluation standards and training systems at all levels of the company
  • Evaluate the current training landscape and develop corresponding training programs or courses
  • Organize key projects, implement and feedback assessment, and continuously review and refine the methodology
  • Train demand analysis and planning: formulate training plans and strategies based on the company's strategic objectives and business needs
  • Course development and lectures: integrate internal and external resources to design and develop training courses related to general workplace competencies
  • Training organization, operation, and delivery: combine diversified tools and online learning platforms to organize and implement online and offline training activities
  • Effect evaluation and project brand building: adjust and optimize according to trainees' feedback and business needs to ensure the training effect
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in industrial or organizational psychology, economics, or social sciences, organizational development, or a comparable qualification
  • Experiences in delivering trainings
  • Experience and Knowledge: several years of professional experience in the area of personnel development, leadership enabling, and business trainings
  • Strategic thinking as well as management and project management experience
  • A high degree of personal responsibility, reliability, structured, and solution-oriented action
  • Excellent communication skills, service orientation, and interpersonal sensitivity
  • Confident appearance and assertiveness
  • Hands-on mentality paired with a pragmatic and positive attitude
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
