Healthcare Team Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team at PubliCare. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals in the Continental Region, providing expert guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 6-8 healthcare professionals in the Continental Region, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement effective team management strategies to improve patient outcomes and team performance.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Leadership to develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve patient satisfaction.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to healthcare professionals in the Continental Region, including training and development opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive business growth and improve patient satisfaction.
  • Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in healthcare leadership, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the Continental Region.
