Senior Financial Analyst

We are the global market leader for reusable packaging containers (RPCs) for fresh food, constantly optimizing our products to make the food supply cycle more sustainable.

Our RPCs improve food transport safety, reduce waste, and increase product lifespan, resulting in a lower carbon footprint.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive business decisions through financial analysis and business case development.
  • Own and maintain financial models, serving as a trusted business partner to senior management, regional commercial teams, and finance functions.
  • Consult commercial teams on designing commercial proposals and aligning contracts with global standards to maximize returns and minimize financial risk.
  • Lead areas on financial planning and reporting processes.
  • Partner cross-functionally on commercial and financial projects with Sales, Finance, IT, and Operations, as well as global businesses and internal and external partners.
  • Create valuable insights for senior management and local teams by monitoring volume, price, and mix impacts.

We expect:

  • University degree in business administration or comparable.
  • Several years of experience in Commercial Finance, Sales Controlling, Controlling, or a comparable analytical finance-driven role.
  • Prior experience in CAPEX-driven/pooling businesses or data analytics is a plus.
  • Deep skills in Microsoft Excel and understanding of financials and financial modeling.
  • Understanding of Profit and Loss Statements.
  • Fluent in English; additional European language desired.
