Business Application Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Execution Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in implementing end-to-end processes in a complex solution environment centered around INFOR CloudSuite Food & Beverage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Derive and implement defined requirements to meet user expectations for functionality and accuracy.
  • Maintain multiple scenarios to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Take ownership of deployment, design enhancements, and system configurations to improve end-user experience.
  • Work closely with the Group Solution Owner Logistics & Manufacturing to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and resolve issues with system applications and ensure new software integrations meet functional requirements.
  • Conduct impact analyses for monthly code drop release notes.
  • Assist business teams with System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into working solutions and create technical designs and configuration documents.

Requirements:

  • Solid business understanding and ability to build relationships between business and IT.
  • Advanced knowledge of business process management, requirements definition, solution design, and testing.
  • Experience with ERP implementations, preferably in warehouse management systems/applications such as Infor WMS, M3 Supply Chain Execution, EDI, M3 Manufacturing Execution.
  • Experience working in a global manufacturing company, with food industry experience a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a complex, collaborative, matrix environment with virtual teams in a multi-cultural and geographically diverse setting.
  • Good command of spoken and written English is essential, and knowledge of German is a plus.
