Job Title: Director (m/f/d) - Generics (Strategy & Portfolio), Europe and RoW Markets, BU Pharma

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our strategy and portfolio team for Europe and RoW markets. As a member of this team, you will play a key role in building the portfolio pipeline and driving profitable growth in our generics portfolio.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategy proposals for future pipeline products and product life cycle management initiatives to ensure a robust generics pipeline.
  • Translate BU long-term strategy into mid-term activity plans and drive realization.
  • Responsible for portfolio management, including identification, recommendation, and management of new project approvals, as well as monitoring and supporting the development phase.
  • Identify new in-licensing opportunities with support from the business development team and evaluate them as input for Fresenius Kabi's decision-making process.
  • Provide strategic marketing support, including marketing materials, launch kits, and product training.
  • Responsible for performing tasks related to assigned European and RoW markets, including portfolio gap fill review and analysis, new product ideas, product life cycle management initiatives, and geographical portfolio rollout projects.

Your Profile:

  • Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) and/or pharmaceutical/medical degree required.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in generics portfolio management within an international matrix-driven organization in the healthcare industry.
  • Ideally, 3 years of commercial experience with P&L responsibility and/or sales/marketing function in key EU markets.
  • Strong business and commercial acumen, with a good understanding of key therapeutic areas.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • A strong team player with a solution-oriented approach, balancing strategic thinking and strong execution sense.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Well-organized, reactive, and with a sense of urgency.
